We try to ship all items as soon as possible, however, we DO have designated shipping days with the exception of the month of October. October orders ship on a daily basis with the exceptions of Sundays & Holidays.
Most items are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail (3-5 days) within the USA unless otherwise specified or requested. FedEx Ground shipments take 5-7 business days delivery in the Continental USA. Tracking numbers are provided via email upon shipment of the item.
In stock items are shipped within 48 hours of payment unless otherwise specified in the item description. Warehouse & Special Order items take longer, you will be notified via email when these items have shipped.
International & APO/FPO shipments will be provided with a customs number upon shipment.
These shipments CAN & DO get delayed by customs & we have NO control over this. Usually Airmail shipments arrive within 7-10 days, HOWEVER, International & APO/FPO buyers BE AWARE that your shipment CAN take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive due to your local customs holds & we CAN NOT prevent this!
